– Referencing to drugs, and that they control you.

Like a powerful drug I can't get enough of 

-- The writer is referring to love being just like a drug and that they are addicted to them. This could be representing them being dependent on the other person. This line is referring to the feeling of love rather than love itself.

– The person she is in love with eyes are blue and can be related to how people feel when they’re high on drugs

– Can’t stop themselves falling in love with this person, can’t control it, linking to mental health and drug addiction how they have no control.
